Houghton Haus

Before you even enter Houghton Haus, we have taken care of your ease of movement. Outside sees an undercover carport with ample space to open car doors fully. From here step free access is possible into both the front and back doors.

Our main entrance sees an extra wide door from the outside. From the entrance way a large double door opens into the spacious open plan living area. Tilled floors throughout all the communal areas downstairs aids transitions through rooms

Extra features of the kitchen include an additional lowered worksurface / breakfast bar. A slide and hide style oven which eliminates the need to lean over a hot oven door to add anything to the meal. A remote control is available for the extractor fan so no unnecessary reaching or stretching is needed.

Throughout downstairs the light switches are lowered to waist height and the plug sockets are raised up from the ground level so there is no need for any unnecessary bending to charge up those holiday essentials.

Both downstairs bedrooms feature a sliding door through to the ensuite wetrooms. Here you will find weight bearing sinks with integrated handles and modern stylish grab handles for the shower and toilet.
